Event credentials, badges and lanyards
Credentials do two jobs at once. They keep an event secure, and they put your branding on everyone working it. K2 Creative produces laminated credentials and badges, printed silks and lanyards, and the wristbands that go with them, specified to match the rest of your event signage and merch rather than arriving as a near miss.
Because the same partner is producing the signage, the merch and the credentials, access tiers, colors and logo usage stay consistent across the whole event.
Most credential orders start with a spreadsheet of names and roles and a date the event opens. From there we handle layout, variable data printing, lanyards, badge holders and wristbands, and we pack everything sorted by group so check-in moves fast. Reprints and on-site additions are normal, so build a small buffer into your count. If you also need sponsor banners, signage or volunteer apparel for the same event, we can produce them together so colors and logos match across the grounds.
