Why does our logo look different on our signs, shirts and website?
Every vendor runs your artwork through different inks, threads and materials, and the drift compounds. We hold your brand standards centrally and direct every piece of production, so the sign matches the shirt and the website.
Can one company handle our print, signs, merchandise, website and social?
Yes. You brief our team once. We design and direct everything and produce through a supplier network built over more than 30 years, so you get one point of accountability instead of five vendors.
How much does branding cost?
It depends on scope. Brand identity and website packages start at $3,500 with The Signature Brand Day. Print, signage and merchandise are quoted per job, because quantity, materials and decoration drive the price.
Do we need a rebrand or just a refresh?
A refresh updates the look and keeps your name and equity. A rebrand rebuilds the identity for a company that has changed what it sells, who it serves or who owns it. We tell you which one you need.
How far ahead should we order for an event, trade show or holiday gifting?
Several weeks for most domestic print and merchandise once artwork is approved, and months for custom overseas runs. Holiday gifting should start in late summer. Bring the in-hands date and we work backward from it.
What is the minimum order for promotional products or branded merchandise?
It varies by item and decoration method. Embroidery, screen print and overseas production each carry different minimums, and some items come in small runs. Tell us the quantity you need and we match the item to it.
We already have a brand guide. Can you just execute it?
Yes, and that is a large share of what we do. Send the guide and we specify to it, so thread color, print color and logo usage match the rest of your brand on every reorder.
Can you ship print and merchandise to multiple locations or directly to employees?
Yes. We handle kitting and fulfillment statewide and nationwide, so one order can be packed and shipped to many sites or straight to individual recipients instead of landing on one desk to redistribute.
Do you design the pieces as well as produce them?
Yes. We can design the piece, work from your brand guidelines, or take a print-ready file from your team. Because the same team directs production, artwork is built right for the process it will run on.
